Contractors are defined as any individual, or a team, employed by a company which has been contracted by Norbulk on behalf of the ship owners, who will be attending Company vessels to carry out various tasks, such as carrying out approved repairs, maintenance, installation of equipment, etc.
These T&C’s require all contractors to fully comply with Norbulk’s health, safety, security and protection of the environment procedures while on board, in addition to any national or international regulation, which may be applicable to the task being carried out.
If Contractors are planning to sail with the ship they must ensure that they (Contractors) have the relevant immigration and job qualification documentation, including where required immunisation certification.
